Inclusion & Diversity (IDC)

About "IDC"

Our Vision

The Inclusion and Diversity Committee’s (IDC) vision is to create a community where parents and students have a sense of belonging and camaraderie at Rancho Romero.


Our Mission

The IDC serves in support of building awareness for our children, families, and staff and coordinating care-enhancing efforts and events that bring our community together throughout our school.


Why this committee?

All of our children deserve to be validated, affirmed, and included by peers, staff, and the community.



The IDC meetings are typically held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, except in November and December where it will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. The location will vary, though it is likely to be at Round Hill Country Club, so please keep a look out in the Ranchogram for meeting locations. The monthly meetings will be focused on the upcoming events, where we will discuss, plan and coordinate the details.
