Facilities Use Information and Forms
District and school facilities are a community resource and permitted use by community groups outlined in the Civic Center Act when such use does not interfere with school activities. School-related activities (clubs, class events, enrichment classes etc.) are given first priority for the use of facilities.
The staff at Rancho welcomes user groups to campus. Because the primary purpose of our facility is to provide a safe, clean and organized learning environment for our students, please be advised of the following:
1. To begin the process, you will need to start at the district facility use website. Please read all instructions carefully and note that input of information does not constitute approval. Get the district information.
2. Your request will then by sent to Kathy Kawabata Rancho Romero's office assistant. At this point, she will do her best to determine room availability. Due to the fact that many of our teachers use their rooms before and after class, and Rancho offers many after school enrichment classes, we can not guarantee your request.
3. Once you have received approval from both the district and Kathy, you will need to stop by the office to submit a signed Rancho Romero User Group Agreement. Please click on the Rancho Romero User Group Agreement to print from home, or see Kathy to obtain a copy from the office.
4. As a reminder, children must be supervised at all times both in the classroom and outside and classes. Please be respectful of all property in the classrooms and leave the room as it was when you found it. Failure to adhere to these terms could result in the cancellation of permission to use Rancho Romero school facilities.
